I’ve known David for nearly 30 years (about half his life!) and I don’t think I’ve ever met a more trustworthy and reliable colleague and friend – and he loves skiing and my music too!

Niki

Niki loves New Malden! She helped to set up the Farmers Market, she is proactive in many of the discussions on planning and developments and is involved in lots of the local events, including the very popular Malden Fortnight. With working full time and running a house and three kids, it’s amazing that she manages to give so much of her time back to the community.

She is always upbeat and friendly and I can see why people love to deal with her; and working with her is a real pleasure.

Dusan

With over 30 years’ experience in agency there isn’t much Dusan doesn’t know about the industry and how to achieve the best for his clients. He has always worked in the South West London/Surrey borders and his local knowledge of the area is second to none. I have never come across anyone as meticulous as Dusan is, from valuing a home to planning a skiing holiday you can ensure he’ll get the best results.

As well as being our annual Christmas quiz master he is also the master of 70’s and 80’s music and has been known to hijack the DJ at many a party to play his favourite music!

Debbie

As the finance director of Groves who not only pays all our landlords but us as well, we like to make sure Debbie is always happy and supplied with lots of tea! With her financial services background combined with her phenomenal organisational skills, she makes sure that every client, contractor and supplier is paid on time – the motto being, if they are happy so are we.

Apart from figures and spreadsheets, Debbie loves a glass of Chardonnay with her friends or spending time with her two growing boys (three if you include her husband!).

Clare has been a great friend for many years and I always knew she was organised; but since she has joined the property management team at Groves, I have now witnessed first-hand how thorough and dedicated she actually is - and I can see now why her husband is so content with life!

Clare has made a huge contribution to the team here and keeps us on our toes and focuses on all things Lettings related!

Halina has lived in New Malden for many years now and her wealth of knowledge combined with her very friendly nature makes her an extremely popular member of the team; and all the feedback we get on her is how helpful and kind she has been.

She is a real asset to Groves and being a landlord herself, she can advise people from a first-hand experience on all the ups and downs of renting properties.

Laura has a bright and bubbly personality and is very organised, the perfect combination for a great Lettings Negotiator. She is also very compassionate and eager to help everybody she possibly can, which makes our clients and customers feel instantly comfortable with her.

Justine

Justine is a great asset to our company; she has a very calming personality and never seems to get flustered when things get very hectic. She is great with people, has a lovely smile and always seems to be happy and she sees the positive in any situation.

She is fun to be with, both in the office and also after hours when we have a few drinks to unwind.

Levi is great fun to work with; he is quiet and methodical but has a great sense of humour and is an integral part of the Groves team. He is always keen to learn and has a very approachable nature which the public warm to.

Levi is keen on most sports, particularly football and boxing and runs his own football podcast with a few friends – well worth a listen I’m sure!

It is always fun working with Ross; he is a hard worker and also has a great sense of humour and nothing seems to faze him. He also has a passion for sport, having played tennis to a high standard and he loves his football and golf too.

Having previously worked in the wine industry, Ross has a great knowledge of the best wines to have – a very useful contact to have.

Maria

Maria has lived locally for many years and has a wealth of knowledge about the Kingston borough. She is enthusiastic and loves showing people around their potential new home, talking through all the wonderful benefits of the local area and helping with any questions thrown at her.

Maria loves to travel and spend time with her family, she is passionate about fitness but also enjoys relaxing at a spa or unwinding with a TV drama.

Michael is a great addition to the Groves team and his enthusiasm for the job has seen him develop hugely in his time here. He is calm and considered and is a great listener and always keen to help out with both sales and lettings.

He likes to keep fit and he loves watching boxing and being with his family; and working with a few older people has helped introduce him to the great music of the seventies and eighties!
